The owner was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to help me, even though mine was a pretty simple matting project. He texted me pictures of mat board options, responded very quickly, and offered suggestions/options (I’m terrible at decision making). Moreover, he cut my mat openings while I waited–in the middle of the holiday rush! All in all, an excellent experience. I’m so glad I discovered this shop!

Karl is very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and talented. He framed some family photos for me and they turned out better than I envisioned. His attention to detail from the matting and the framing made them look better than my original vision. These are pictures I am excited to have hang on our walls for many years to come. Turn around time was great and faster than I was told. Kept price under what he quoted me. I’ve used another place in Boise for years to frame my work, but often had to bring the pieces back in as the frames would separate, I can tell by the quality of Karl’s work this won’t be an issue. Way more reasonable prices than his competitors for a way better price. Definitely will go back for future projects.

Fixed a couple of my pictures for free. They just needed wire and staples. Then I had 3 antique pictures that needed frames. We picked out the perfect ones. He did an amazing job; absolutely amazing. He also donates art stuff to a few schools which I think is awesome. For excellent service go to this business.
